Striven Privacy Policy
Striven is a cloud based business management software brought to you by Miles IT, Inc. (“Miles”). Miles is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit striven.com (“Visitors”), and the individuals who register to use the Services as defined below (“Customers”). This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices in relation to the use of striven.com and the related web and mobile applications and other services offered (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information Collected
When contacting us, scheduling a demo, signing up for a free trial, or subscribing to use the Services, Miles requires you to provide the Miles with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services Miles may also require you to provide billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number (“Billing Information”). This Billing Information and any other information you submit to Miles or submit through the Services are referred to collectively as “Data.”
2. Use of Data
Miles uses Data about its Customers to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out the “Try It Free” form, Miles will use the information provided to set up the system for the trial and to contact you about your interest in the Services.
Miles may also use Data about its Customers for marketing purposes such as sending you information regarding the Services.
Miles uses credit card information solely to collect payment from its Customers.
3. Sharing of Information Collected
Miles does not share, sell, rent, or trade any Data with third parties.
Miles reserves the right to use or disclose information provided if required by law or if Miles reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect Miles’ rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
4. Customer Data
Miles’ Customers may manually enter and/or import information to the Services for in the course of utilizing the Services (“Customer Data”). Miles may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing or maintaining the Services or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law. Miles’ Customers can export Customer Data by utilizing export functionality within the Services at any time during the term of their subscription. Miles’ Customers can send a complete deletion instruction through our Contact Us form at www.striven.com/contact-us, or by emailing deletioninstruction@striven.com, or by calling 1-800-496-8001 and speaking to a customer support representative.
5. Security
Miles uses numerous security measures to protect the Data and Customer Data. Miles utilizes the same Services to store its own Data and Customer Data.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Miles reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated through the striven.com website at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
